Led AquaGuard from concept to validated social venture in 6+ months. Built a nationwide flood rescue ecosystem with real-time alerts, citizen-to-rescuer SOS coordination, live dashboards, and AI-assisted monitoring. The platform is serving 250+ pilot users across Vietnam.
